5、奉献能让你花小钱拥有极大快乐，助人度难关的方式很多，给予食物、衣物、工作、金钱、时间，你可以由简单的方式开始，比如捐出收入的5%，仔细考虑哪些是真正需要你帮助的人，把有限的钱放在最需要帮助的人身上，最能产生无限的功效。

6、分析自己的饮食习惯，找出需要改进的地方，让营养更均衡。每周至少三次运动，持之以恒，至少上一次恢复精力的课程(如瑜珈或太极)，身心健康，精力充沛。

7、不论是分享阅读心得或是生活偶得，让东家长西家短的无聊变成丰富彼此生命的启发。经由感受每个人不同的经验，赋予生命全新的刺激与成长，世界将转得更好。

8、减少物品使用量，减少用水，减少用纸，减少开车，减少包装，少用清洁剂，避免用过即丢，减少用量，重复使用，环保回收，自然就在你心中。

9、心灵激励可以预防精神疾病，让心灵保持思考，也会减慢老化的速度。编一本梦想书，做做白日梦都是可行的。

10、一块钱、一句好话、一件善事、一点知识、一些方便、一个笑容，都可以改变自己的命运。
